HaveXpert is a platform that helps users discover and connect with professionals and specialists. HaveXpert does not directly provide the professional services listed by experts and is not responsible for the services, advice, quality, or outcomes provided by individual experts.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials and verification codes secure. You must not share your password or OTP with anyone or use another person's account without permission.
Experts are responsible for ensuring that the information in their profiles is accurate, current, and not misleading. HaveXpert may review, restrict, suspend, or remove profiles that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or otherwise misuse the platform.
Where HaveXpert offers verification or profile review, experts may be required to provide information or documents necessary for verification. Verification does not guarantee the quality, qualifications, conduct, or outcome of an expert's services.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating an expert before engaging their services. Any agreement, communication, payment, appointment, or service arrangement between a user and an expert is between those parties unless HaveXpert expressly states otherwise.
You must not use HaveXpert for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized activities. You must not impersonate another person, misuse another user's information, upload harmful content, attempt to compromise platform security, or interfere with the operation of HaveXpert.
You are responsible for information, images, descriptions, reviews, or other content that you submit to HaveXpert. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and must not provide content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
Where reviews or ratings are available, they should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain false, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or promotional content presented as an independent review. HaveXpert may remove content that violates these requirements.
If HaveXpert introduces paid services, fees, subscriptions, or other payment features, the applicable pricing, payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund conditions will be presented before the relevant transaction. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and policies.
HaveXpert may use third-party services for authentication, email, SMS, hosting, payments, analytics, security, or other platform functions. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
The HaveXpert name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to HaveXpert unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use HaveXpert content without appropriate permission.
We aim to keep HaveXpert available and reliable, but the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify or discontinue features when necessary.
HaveXpert may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or profile if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or has used the platform in a way that may harm users, experts, or HaveXpert.
Your use of HaveXpert is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and process personal information. By using the platform, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
HaveXpert provides a platform for discovering and connecting with experts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every user-submitted profile, the availability of any expert, or the quality, suitability, safety, or outcome of services provided by an expert.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HaveXpert will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or interactions with experts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to HaveXpert, our services, applicable laws, or platform requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with the applicable 'Last updated' date.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
